Stretch your budgets with our free training for charities

We're quite proud of our CSR programme at Navanter Knowledge Bites. Through our parent brand, Navanter, we've been offering free training to charities since 2011. When we launched Knowledge Bites at the beginning of 2020, we transferred the free training here. We've trained over 500 charity professionals, completely free-of-charge.

We have a number of options for charities to benefit from our training without breaking the bank.

Free open-enrolment virtual training

Unfortunately due to persistent problems, we've decided to wind up the programme of free open-enrolment virtual training. After 14 years this has come as a hard decision, but the administration required and the difficulty in promoting free training within the charities sector means that we we not be offering this for the forseeable future.

Closed courses just for your charity

If you'd like to schedule a virtual course just for your charity, please let us know. We offer a huge discount of over 60% on our normal prices, so it's just £320 for a 2-hour session as a closed course. Alternatively, if you don't have that budget, you might be able to take advantage of one of our subsidised courses, which will cost you nothing.

Bespoke training for charities

If you'd like training that isn't listed on the website, we can design something just for you. In that case, we offer the same >60% discount on design and delivery fees. Again, please contact us for more details.

Face-to-face training for charities

If you'd like to go old-school and schedule some training delivered at your offices, again you can benefit from a >60% discount on training delivery fees, paying just £700 per day. We'll invoice for travel and accommodation at cost.

Free charity training

Every year, we offer a limited number of free days for charities. These are offered on a first-come-first-served basis with availability resetting every April. Free days apply to any of our standard courses, and we invoice only for expenses.
