These Ts & Cs apply to all virtual training unless stated otherwise
- All fees must be paid before the course.
- Courses may be cancelled or transferred free-of-charge up to 4 weeks before the course. Between 4 and 2 weeks before the course, places may be cancelled or transferred at a 50% charge, and within 2 weeks of the start date, there will be a 75% charge. A substitute may be named at any time up to 1 day before the course free-of-charge.
- Log-in details and downloadable examples will be sent out at least a week before the course (or within 24 hours in the case of late bookings), and it is the participant's responsibility to ensure they have a functioning headset or a telephone ready for the course, as well as a laptop or PC with the required software installed. Any problems must be notified using our contact page immediately to allow us time to resolve technical issues.
- No refunds can be provided to participants who have not checked their IT equipment and notified Knowledge Bites of any problems at least 3 working days in advance.
